Eagle International Transistor / Diode Checker / Tester Model TT145 Made in Japan.

An interesting piece of electronic history, the instrument is designed to take a 9 volt battery, which is not included due to the difficulties in shipping. 

The meter is in fairly good condition with some scuffs and blemishes commensurate with age and use.  It has not been tested and is being sold as a collectible for display only.
